Cancellation Policy

Thank you for booking a virtual bra consultation with The Bra Guru. Please review the following policies carefully before scheduling your session. Booking & Payment All virtual consultations must be booked and paid for in advance. Your appointment is confirmed only after payment is received and a confirmation email is sent. Cancellation Policy Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment to avoid forfeiting your session. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment are non-refundable. Rescheduling Policy You may reschedule your consultation one time only with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. Reschedule requests made within 24 hours of the appointment may not be accommodated and may result in loss of the session. Late Arrival Please be on time. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your session may be shortened or canceled to respect other clients’ appointments. Missed sessions due to late arrival are non-refundable. No-Shows Failure to attend your scheduled consultation without notice is considered a no-show and will result in full forfeiture of the session with no refund or reschedule. Session Preparation To ensure the best experience, please follow all preparation instructions provided in your confirmation email (including attire, measurements, and technology setup). Incomplete preparation may limit the effectiveness of your session. Technology Requirements Clients are responsible for having a stable internet connection, working camera, and audio.
